Sustainability
It's in our DNACreating a Better World.
Sustainability is in the DNA of Ab Ovo. At Ab Ovo, we strongly believe in creating a better world together and we are committed to supporting our customers to become continuously more efficient and sustainable.
We do not only provide our customers with sustainable technology solutions, but we also want to be a sustainable technology company ourselves. That is why we take a critical look at our footprint, designing our energy consumption and our business processes as sustainably as possible. For this we use the CO2 Performance Ladder. This is a measuring system that helps organizations to reduce their CO2 emissions in a structural way. CO2 Performance Certificate

Management Statement: Transition to Handbook 4.0
Ab Ovo announces that we have transitioned to the CO2-Performance Ladder Handbook 4.0 with effect of 1 July 2025.
This transition aligns with our continued commitment to transparant, ambitious, and verifiable CO2-reduction with our operations and value chain. Handbook 4.0 strengthens the focus on climate impact, chain collaboration, and continuous improvement – elements that are fully in line with Ab Ovo’s sustainability strategy.
As part of this transition, we have:
· Updated our internal processes and reporting methods to comply with the new Handbook 4.0 requirements.
· Ensured our CO₂-management system, objectives, and reduction measures meet the updated standards.
· Communicated relevant changes to employees, clients, and partners to support a smooth transition.
Ab Ovo’s leadership fully endorses this step and remains committed to reducing our environmental footprint and contributing positively to the decarbonization of our sector.
Ab Ovo is the frontrunner in this industry in offering its customers a portfolio of products and solutions that enable their decarbonization. Should you have any questions regarding this transition, please feel free to contact our sustainability team.
